Tiers at a Glance
- Starter — Cloud-hosted. Real-time event capture, sessions, built-in security rules plus a starter allowance of custom rules and policies, and the full security baseline (MFA, tamper detection, and integrity verification, encryption at rest) for small teams getting started with AI observability.
- Pro — Cloud-hosted (self-hosted coming soon). Adds performance monitoring, advanced analytics, SSO, higher custom security-rule and policy caps, sensor groups, on-demand compliance reports, and Slack / Microsoft Teams notifications. SIEM connectivity is available as an add-on.
- Enterprise — Cloud-hosted (self-hosted and air-gapped coming soon). Adds SIEM integrations, SLA status monitoring, scheduled compliance reports, unlimited policies and custom security rules, and dedicated support.
